Course Description

This series is designed to help Windows 98 users increase their productivity and maximize their effectiveness while using Windows 98. It explains how to customize the desktop, including changing desktop objects, modifying the New menu, customizing the Start menu, and controlling shortcuts, preferences, default directories, and file colors. It also presents techniques for working faster, including enhancing the Send To, Quick View, and Recycle Bin commands, changing mouse settings, using shortcut keys, troubleshooting problems, and using scheduled tasks to maintain the system. Additional topics include tips for maximizing the performance of the operating system.
