OUTLOOK 2003

 

Course Description

The Outlook 2003 series teaches learners how to use the major components of the Outlook 2003 program: Mail, Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, and Notes. Topics include navigating between Outlook modules and reading, sending, customizing, and organizing e-mail messages. Learners will also find out how to schedule appointments, add and use information about contacts, and create tasks and notes. In addition, the courses will delve into the collaboration, security, and personalization features of Outlook 2003.
