What are online courses?

An online course is accessed and delivered over the Internet using web pages, e-mail, and other Internet technologies. Stonebridge IT School offers a selection of courses over the Internet, as a flexible alternative to classroom based classes. 

How do online courses work?

All the courses offered by Stonebridge IT School are accessed via a standard web browser. Our students can access their course material at any time. The courses are available 24 hrs/day 7 days/week. Learn before bed, first thing in the morning, right after lunch, or in the middle of the night. e-Learning is always available! 

Do I have to travel anywhere to complete the course?

No. All the courses are accessed via the internet.

Do I have to be online at a certain time each day?

No. The courses are available 24 hours, 7 days a week. You access the material when you want, and can start from where you left off.

How do I register for an online course?

Go to the Course List section of the site and click on a course, where you will be presented with information for that course, as well as a link to enrol on it.

How long does it take before I can access my course?

Once you have enroled and paid for your course you will receive an email within 24-72 hours.  The email will contain your username and password to login to your course.

What qualification would I receive?

All courses contain a printable certificate of completion.  However some courses also warrant a 'Certificate of Completion' from Stonebridge Associated Colleges.  Please contact us for more information.
